Description:

Cabry, or caprine arthritis-encephalitis virus (CAEV), is a contagious, lentiviral disease that primarily affects goats. It is characterized by inflammation of the joints (arthritis) and the brain (encephalitis). Cabry is a highly prevalent disease worldwide, affecting up to 50% of goat herds.
