CACUL1 is a protein encoded by the CACUL1 gene in humans. It is a CDK2-associated cullin domain-containing protein.

CACUL1 is a cell cycle protein that promotes cell proliferation by activating CDK2 during the G1/S phase transition.

CACUL1 is also known as C10orf46, CAC1.
