The CHERP (calcium homeostasis endoplasmic reticulum protein) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

CHERP plays a crucial role in maintaining calcium balance within cells, and is also implicated in regulating cell growth and division.

CHERP is also known as DAN16, SCAF6, SRA1.
