Description

The CLEC18C (C-type lectin domain family 18 member C) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 16.

CLEC18C binds to polysaccharides without requiring calcium ions. It shows a preference for binding to fucoidan, beta-glucans, and galactans.

CLEC18C is also known as MRCL, MRCL3.
