Description

The COMMD7 (COMM domain containing 7) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 20.

COMMD7 is involved in regulating the activity of cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase (CRL) complexes. It also interacts with the NF-kappa-B complex and inhibits its ability to activate gene transcription.
