The CSAG3 (CSAG family member 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome X.

CSAG3 is a drug-resistance related protein. Its expression is linked to resistance to chemotherapy and a tendency towards tumor growth (neoplastic phenotype). It may also be associated with the development of cancerous characteristics (malignant phenotype).

CSAG3 is also known as CSAG3A, CT24.2.
