IGF-like family receptor 1 (IGFLR1) acts as a cell membrane receptor for IGF-like family proteins. It exhibits high affinity binding to IGFL1 and IGFL3, and potentially also binds IGFL2.
IGFLR1 is also known as TMEM149.
