Description

The LMBRD2 (LMBR1 domain containing 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 5.

LMBRD2 interacts with activated beta-2 adrenergic receptors (ADRB2) and inhibits signaling through this pathway. Additionally, LMBRD2 may also regulate other G-protein coupled receptors, such as the type-1 angiotensin II receptor (AGTR1).

LMBRD2 is also known as DENBA.
