The LRIT1 (leucine rich repeat, Ig-like and transmembrane domains 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 10.

LRIT1 may play a role in phototransduction, the process by which light is converted into electrical signals in the retina.

LRIT1 is also known as FIGLER9, LRRC21, PAL.
