Description:

The leukotriene B4 receptor (LTB4R) is a G protein-coupled receptor that binds to leukotriene B4 (LTB4), a potent lipid mediator produced by activated immune cells. LTB4R is expressed on neutrophils, eosinophils, macrophages, and dendritic cells, and its activation triggers a cascade of intracellular signaling events that regulate immune cell function.
