MAP10 is a microtubule-associated protein (MAP) that plays a crucial role in regulating cell division. It contributes to microtubule stability, ensuring their proper structure and function. Furthermore, MAP10 actively participates in the organization of the spindle midzone, a key region in cell division, and supports the normal progression of cytokinesis, the final stage of cell division.
