The MATK (megakaryocyte-associated tyrosine kinase) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

MATK, and its various capitalization versions, may refer to:

MATK could significantly impact the communication within blood-forming cells. It may control the activity of a group of proteins called SRC-family kinases in the brain, specifically by attaching phosphate groups to a specific site on these proteins. This site acts as a brake, so MATK might be responsible for controlling their activity. Additionally, MATK could suppress the growth of T-cells, a type of immune cell.
