The NKAIN1 (sodium/potassium transporting ATPase interacting 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.

NKAIN1 is a protein encoded by the NKAIN1 gene in humans. It belongs to a family of mammalian proteins similar to Drosophila Nkain and interacts with the beta subunit of Na,K-ATPase (ATP1B1). This interaction was reported by Gorokhova et al. in 2007.

NKAIN1 is also known as FAM77C.
