The PCOLCE2 (procollagen C-endopeptidase enhancer 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3.

Procollagen C-endopeptidase enhancer 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PCOLCE2 gene.

PCOLCE2 binds to the C-terminal propeptide of types I and II procollagens and may enhance the cleavage of that propeptide by BMP1.

PCOLCE2 is also known as PCPE2.
