TRG-AS1

Description

The TRG-AS1 (T cell receptor gamma locus antisense RNA 1) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 7.

TRG-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that is transcribed from the T cell receptor gamma (TRG) gene. It is located on chromosome 7 and is approximately 3,000 nucleotides in length. The function of TRG-AS1 is currently unknown, but it is thought to be involved in regulating gene expression. It is expressed in a variety of tissues, including the thymus, spleen, and lymph nodes.

The biological function of TRG-AS1 is currently unknown. However, its expression patterns suggest that it may play a role in regulating the immune response and cellular differentiation. More research is needed to fully understand its role.

TRG-AS1 is also known as TCRGV.
