DOK3

Description

The DOK3 (docking protein 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 5.

Docking protein 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DOK3 gene.

DOK3, a scaffolding protein, facilitates the formation of signaling complexes. It specifically acts as a negative regulator of JNK signaling in B-cells by interacting with INPP5D/SHIP1. Additionally, DOK3 may influence the function of ABL1.

DOK3 is also known as DOKL.
