DRAM1


Description

The DRAM1 (DNA damage regulated autophagy modulator 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 12.

DRAM1 is a lysosomal modulator of autophagy, playing a key role in apoptosis triggered by p53 (TP53). However, it is not involved in autophagy induced by p73 (TP73).

DRAM1 is also known as DRAM.
