Description

The DYNAP (dynactin associated protein) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 18.

DYNAP is involved in regulating cell growth and division. It enhances the AKT1 signaling pathway, leading to increased phosphorylation of AKT1 at Ser-473.

DYNAP is also known as C18orf26.
