EPHA10, encoded by the EPHA10 gene, is a protein in humans. It belongs to the Ephrin receptor family, the largest subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs). These receptors, along with their ephrin ligands, play a vital role in cell-cell communication by regulating cell attachment, shape, and movement, particularly in neuronal and epithelial cells.
EPHA10 is a receptor for ephrin-A ligands, specifically binding to EFNA3, EFNA4, and EFNA5.
