ETV2
Description
The ETV2 (ETS variant transcription factor 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.
ETV2 is a human gene. It is not related to the Estonian TV channel ETV2.
ETV2 binds to specific DNA sequences, recognizing the pattern 5'-CGGA[AT]-3', known as the consensus pentanucleotide.
ETV2 is also known as ER71, ETSRP71.
