FBXO27
Description
The FBXO27 (F-box protein 27) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.
FBXO27 is a component of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. This protein is responsible for recognizing and binding denatured glycoproteins that have complex-type oligosaccharides modifications.
FBXO27 is also known as FBG5, Fbx27.
