Description

The RNH1 (ribonuclease/angiogenin inhibitor 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11.

Ribonuclease inhibitor is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RNH1 gene.

Ribonuclease inhibitor inhibits RNASE1, RNASE2 and ANG. It may play a role in redox homeostasis.

RNH1 is also known as IIAE12, RAI, RNH.
