Semaphorin-4B is a protein found in humans. It is produced by the SEMA4B gene.

Semaphorin-4B restricts the growth of axons by sending signals that mark certain areas as off-limits for growing nerve fibers.

SEMA4B is also known as SEMAC, SemC.
