Description

The SRSF12 (serine and arginine rich splicing factor 12) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 6.

SRSF12 acts as a splicing factor that counteracts the effects of SR proteins during the regulation of pre-mRNA splicing.

SRSF12 is also known as SFRS13B, SFRS19, SRrp35.
