The RGL4 (ral guanine nucleotide dissociation stimulator like 4) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 22.

RGL4, also known as Rhamnogalacturonan endolyase, is an enzyme involved in the degradation of rhamnogalacturonan I, a component of pectin. It specifically breaks down the α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-D-galactopyranosyluronic acid bonds found in ramified hairy regions of pectin. This enzyme is found in various organisms, including Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus aculeatus.

RGL4 is also known as Rgr.
